Do you want to spend a day in heaven? I miss my son, Luke, terribly, so this sounds perfect to me.
Do you want to go with me on my trip to paradise?
If you want to spend a day in heaven, you will need to travel through the clouds, passing the galaxies, heading to the ultimate destination, the third heaven. The third heaven is where my son’s soul lives with God, where mansions are being prepared for God’s children to dwell in when they die.
I can imagine that moment when my son died, and many angels were there to meet him. Angels do not have bodies; they are spirits, just like my son had become. Daniel 10: 5-8 describes them as “… a man dressed in linen, with a belt of fine gold from Uphaz around his waist. His body was like topaz, his face like lightning, his eyes like flaming torches, his arms and legs like the gleam of burnished bronze, and his voice like the sound of a multitude.”
I heard heavenly voices worshipping God.
The angels escorted Luke’s soul to heaven, where Jesus lives, sitting on his throne with God the father. I ascended higher and higher, accompanied by angels. I heard the words, “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!” These angelic voices weren’t like any voices I have ever heard before, but I understood the magnificent words. These words must be the worship that John described in Revelation four.
Everything I saw was precisely the heavenly view as described by John. The jasper wall was very high, and I could see twelve gates with an angel at each entrance. There were stones throughout the wall, and they were breathtakingly beautiful. One massive solid pearl completed each gate.
Opening the gate to heaven.
The angel opened the gate for me, and I saw the street. It was brilliant gold and looked like glass. I could see through it, and my eyes just about exploded.
Luke stands before me.
Just when I thought I couldn’t take any more beauty, there was my son. He was not in his body, but I could recognize him even though he was a spirit. There were thousands upon thousands of angels all around us. My son said hello to me and hugged me without speaking or moving. I magically heard him and felt his arms around me. It was the best feeling I ever felt.
My son told me through telepathy that there isn’t any pain or tears in heaven. He is happy, and he has met his family members who have already died that were Christians. His Christian grandmas were both there, and they join in fellowship together.
Do you want to spend a day in heaven and see the throne of God?
Without touching me, Luke turned my head, and I saw God’s throne shining a billion times brighter than the sun. Luke said that the light never goes out. Near the throne, I saw four creatures with eyes all over them.
Around the throne were twenty-four thrones with men in white robes seated on them. I assume these are the elders. Obviously, I was so excited that my son got to live with God and the elders, worshipping God every day.
Luke gives me an image of what the New Jerusalem will look like when the world ends.
Do you want to spend a day in heaven and see the tree of life in the middle of the golden street?
The tree of life was in the middle of the golden street. In my head, Luke again spoke to me and said that it is the tree of life, which had twelve different fruits, one every month. Luke said that the leaves from the tree were for healing the nations.
The river of life starts at God’s throne.
The river of life starts at God’s throne and is pure crystal. It went down both sides of the golden street.
Luke says goodbye.
Luke communicated to me that it was time for me to leave. I left assured that my son is at peace and that there is no better place than heaven. After Luke gave me another hug and said, he will always love me, the angels escorted me out of the gate.
Thunderous voices heard on my departure.
I could hear the angels worshipping God saying, “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” Revelation 4:11
this is beautiful
Thank you, Martha. I only wish I could actually visit, instead of in my mind.
I want so badly to spend a day in heaven with God and my two boys, Shane and Sammy,
My heart breaks for you, Mary. One day you will be with them for eternity.
