Where is the best place to lose a child? I guess you could say heaven.
My son was murdered in the summer of 2017 … and in a mind-blowing way, God showed me how to forgive his killer. But losing a child is hard, even when you know your child is in heaven.
How do you deal with the grief and get the help you need to go on living?
Gone in an Instant: Losing My Son, Loving His Killer is the story of how I got through the pain and grief of losing my only child to murder. Gone in an Instant can do the same for you, if
- You’ve lost a loved one and don’t want to continue living.
- You feel like you are all alone and no one cares about you.
- You want help, but you don’t know where to turn.
If you are experiencing any of these emotions, my heart breaks for you. But, please come alongside me and learn from me. You are loved, and you have a purpose. See what Gone in an Instant can do for you.
The strength you exhibit telling this story is extraordinary. Loss is such a deeply personal emotion, and I am in awe at your ability to relate to so many people on such a difficult topic.
When my dad passed, one of the comments made by a friend of his has stuck with me even many years later. She said that with death, many people say “I’ve lost someone.” But as a believer in Christ – we all know he is not lost! We know exactly where he is – he’s in heaven. Just like you know exactly where your son is.
Prayers are being uplifted for you.
Thank you. I appreciate your kind words and prayers. God bless.
I am so sorry for your loss. I could never imagine the pain of losing a child. God bless you for your strength and compassion. Also, for sharing your story to help others.
This is so great to share your story with others.
I’m so sorry about your son Tammy. Many other parents will experience healing because you’re sharing your story though. God bless.
I have not and cannot fathom even the thought of it. Love and light to you, hopefully through sharing you can begin the healing process for all affected.
I can’t even imagine how difficult this would have been for you. I think it is wonderful that you are looking to help others who are going through a similar situation.
Grief can be so hard to work through. Glad there are people like you who can help others
Your story always reminds me to seize the day!
Congratulations on the upcoming release of your book.
