Life has taken Tammy Horvath across glaciers in Iceland, ancient pyramids in Mexico, and sunlit Caribbean islands — but her greatest journey has been one of faith, loss, forgiveness, and healing.

Tammy is an adventurer at heart who finds joy in meaningful moments — reading on the beach, laughing over a game of pool, or singing karaoke at home (strictly at her husband Michael’s request).

Professionally, she has worked in real estate and insurance, but her deepest calling has been serving others. For over a decade, Tammy has volunteered with a Christian nonprofit supporting at-risk children around the world.

After experiencing unimaginable loss, Tammy felt called to share what God taught her about loving deeply, forgiving completely, and trusting Him through life’s most painful moments.

Her memoir, Gone in an Instant, shares that journey—and offers hope to anyone navigating grief, trauma, or unanswered questions.

Tammy lives in western Pennsylvania with her husband Michael.
